Τα «ταμεία» των τραπεζών σίγουρα έχουν επηρεαστεί από την οικονομική κρίση, αυτό ωστόσο φαίνεται πως δεν εμπορίζει κάποιους διευθύνοντες συμβούλους να κερδίζουν περισσότερα και από 28 εκατομμύρια δολάρια από μισθούς και μπόνους.
Σε ένα πρόσφατο άρθρο, οι Financial Times εξέτασαν τα συνολικά πακέτα αποζημιώσεων των CEO’s στις μεγαλύτερες τράπεζες του κόσμου, συγκεντρώνοντας στοιχεία από τις ετήσιες εκθέσεις των τραπεζικών ιδρυμάτων.
Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας δείχνουν ότι οι πιο καλοπληρωμένοι διευθύνοντες σύμβουλοι τείνουν να εργάζονται για μεγάλες αμερικανικές τράπεζες, οι οποίες έχουν τους μεγαλύτερους πελάτες και είναι γενικά από τις μεγαλύτερες στον πλανήτη.
